Our roots are in leadership and hands-on logistics. Before founding Fruition in 2014, CEO Leo Moss managed a busy Las Vegas warehouse, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and daily operations. A former master sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces and a graduate in communication and political studies, Leo built Fruition on a foundation of discipline, vision, and integrity. After moving to Chicago, he saw an opportunity to create a logistics company that valued drivers, vendors, and customers alike – and Fruition was born.

Since then, we’ve grown from a regional carrier into a trusted logistics partner nationwide. But our mission has never changed: to simplify supply chains, protect cargo, and treat every customer with the care and respect they deserve.
