Leo Moss is the founder and CEO of Fruition Logistics. He moved to Chicago in 2013 and launched Fruition Logistics in 2014 with a vision to transform the logistics industry. He is a logistics expert, consultant, advisor, and speaker with a proven track record of growth and innovation.

Slava joined the Fruition Logistics family in 2022, bringing expertise in dispatching, operations management, and business development. Focusing on optimizing complex logistics and building strong client relationships, he plays a key role in driving growth and ensuring the success of our operations in Chicago and beyond.

A Chicago native, Ange joined the Fruition team in 2022 in a dual accounting/office administration role. Coming on board with years of valuable experience, Ange does whatever it takes to help the company achieve its goals. After learning all the intricate details that go into moving freight, Ange has become enamored with the excitement and challenges of day-to-day life in logistics.

Bernice serves as Projects Manager, taking on a wide range of responsibilities—from leading special initiatives to advising on strategy and stepping in wherever needed. With over a decade of experience running her own business and consultancy, she brings a practical, results-oriented approach to help drive growth and scale the company.

Mark—better known as “Poz” —brings 30 years of sales experience and 15 years in logistics, with deep expertise across all modes of transportation. Known for his passion, knowledge, and love of the industry, Poz is a trusted problem-solver who truly enjoys what he does. Based in Chicago, he’s a big sports fan, gluten-free food enthusiast, and a proud husband and father of two grown kids.
