Leo Moss is the founder and CEO of Fruition Logistics. He moved to Chicago in 2013 and launched Fruition Logistics in 2014 with a vision to transform the logistics industry. He is a logistics expert, consultant, advisor, and speaker with a proven track record of growth and innovation.

Nick is our Operations Manager, born and raised in Chicago with a proven track record of success spanning over 30 years in the industry. Managing complex operations, developing new business opportunities, and building long-lasting client relationships is what he does.

Rob is a Michigan native with a background and experience as diverse as the freight we move. In 2018, he discovered a passion for logistics and has been working in this industry ever since. He enjoys the complex and dynamic nature of the industry and is known as the “Utility Guy” in the office.

Ange joined the Fruition team in 2022 as the Accountant and Office Manager. They came on board with years of experience in the hospitality industry and do whatever it takes to help the company achieve its financial goals. After learning all the intricate details that go into moving freight, Ange is enamored with the excitement and challenges of day-to-day life in logistics.

Javier is a logistics veteran born & raised in the west suburbs of Chicago who knows what it takes to operate & manage a best-in-class supply chain. He puts his experience to good use on our sales team with the singular mission of making Fruition Logistics the number #1 provider of refrigerated transportation out of the Chicagoland market.

Otniel brings over a decade of experience to our team of transportation professionals. His understanding of the industry enables him to solve complex challenges and consistently meet or exceed customer needs and expectations, which makes him a valuable addition to the Fruition team.
